Prof. Dr VJE Caroline

Dr.VJE.Caroline is the Managing Director of Vishwa Humanity United International Royal Council, Founder President of the Life Foundation, English Professor at TKR Engineering College Hyderabad, Director to Global English Council and Well-known Counseling Psychologist. She has earned recognition for her dedication and commitment to the fight for social causes. She has received various awards for her service to the society, such as the National Exemplary Service Award and Indo-Dubai Global Fellowship Award by Global Creative Arts Academy, USA 2019. Her parents have had a major impact on her. Very early in life, she understood the importance of being self-governing and cultured.

Dr.Caroline obtained her M.Sc. Botany from Osmania University Hyderabad and master’s degree in English Literature from Acharya Nagarjuna University Guntur and also she holds M.S Counselling & Psychotherapy from Kuvempu University, Karnataka and B. Ed from Kakatiya University, Warangal. She received her Ph. D in Plant Biotechnology from Kakatiya University, Warangal. Her research concentrated on the Bryonopsis laciniosa L.(Naud) which is highly valuable medicinal plant, ethanobotanically the whole plant is attributed with pharmacological properties and has Bioactive molecules tri–terpene glycosides, saponin and goniothalamin. This plant is used to treat eight types of human cancers and also different types of diseases like tuberculosis, paralysis, convulsions, cholera, asthama etc. Her research was credited as International piece of Work by Prof. Kavi Kishore, renowned Scientist in Genetics Osmania University, Hyderabad. She has published over several articles in the international journals and attended conference proceedings, and has delivered lectures and presentations in the international and national conferences.

Dr.Caroline’s pioneering initiative – The Life Foundation is one of the best non-profit organizations which works in improving the lives of downtrodden in Telanangana tackling several issues such as education , Health, child rights, Senior citizens, and environment protection, care for the physically challenged, helpless and needy. She has made a significant contribution to humanity at large through her contribution and operation of the Life Foundation. As the Chief functionary of the organization, Dr.VJE.Caroline has been personally responsible for the organization’s acclaim and achievements. All through the early, it was her passion and conviction that drove Foundation. She was firmly convinced that each of us can, in our own small way, be the agents of change, and when enough of us become one, the impact is a lasting change for the better.

: Dr.VJE.Caroline is a Professor at TKR Engineering College Hyderabad and also served as the Head of the Department, Humanities since 2013. At TKR, She currently serves as Faculty advisor EWB – TKREC Student Chapter which is an international organization for social cause and Faculty advisor for TKREC Innovation and Entrepreneur Cell which boasts of students initiated start ups under her able guidance. As Faculty advisor EWB – TKREC, fluoride levels were estimated in different areas of Nalgonda District of Telangana, India by Student Chapter of TKREC. Over 19 Lakh population of Nalgonda are at risk because of the high concentration of fluoride found in ground water. She is a versatile professional in the educational field for over 22 years deploying multiple tasks and responsibilities successfully. She is also a highly motivated leader with work ethics in motivating others and developing relationships, as well as generating awareness with excellent team building and consultation skills. She held various leadership positions as HOD, 1^st Year In-charge, Skills Coordinator etc at prestigious Engineering Colleges and rendered services as Vice Principal of AP Social Welfare Junior College, Khammam.

Dr.VJE.Caroline had a decade of experience in the areas of stress training, research, consultancy and counseling and is presently strengthening Progressive Psychologist Association India as General Secretary for National Women Wing. She is working as a keynote speaker, seminar trainer and individual coach with the topics of stress and resilience. She is a specialist consultant in managing workplace conflict, disaster, physical & sexual abuse, domestic violence, work stress, emotional stress and alcohol. She has given keynote addresses and presented papers at national workshops in the various areas of psychology organized by Progressive Psychologist Association India.

Dr.VJE.Caroline is a dynamic motivational speaker and TV Speaker who has fuelled positive change for audiences from students to business people. She is well-known for creating interactive keynotes and workshops that engage her audience and invite them to be active participants in their own success. She creates keynote speeches on topics such as Leadership, Team Building, Innovation, Motivation, Entrepreneurship, Women’s empowerment Teacher Motivation & Youth Motivation.
